Food
We make our food from scratch with wholesome natural ingredients, so you never have to worry about hidden chemicals, sweeteners or preservatives. Our recipes are prepared in our kitchens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We don’t cook with butter, dairy, eggs, honey or any other hidden animal by-products. However, dairy is offered as a side option throughout the menu.Our main goal each day is to provide freshly made food and juice as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality or service. We have often been asked why we don’t freeze our foods, which would make things easier for everyone. Our answer remains: our name is “fresh”, not “frozen”.
We cater to all people, whether vegan or not, providing items everyone can relate to. The taste and how you feel after your meal is of paramount importance to us. We want you to feel good inside and out.
Our vegan menu boasts an array of exotic starters, multi-layered salads, filling wraps, high protein burgers and our signature Fresh bowls. Better still, you can customize your meal with a large variety of sides and add-ons.

Weekend Brunch
Our weekend brunch is a feast that defies the notion that vegetarian food can’t fill you up. The difference is that after one of our vegan brunches you are more energized than ever.The brunch menu is loaded with goodies. You’ll find four kinds of pancakes served with real maple syrup, nutty granola served with delicious fruit compote plus your choice of organic soy yogurt or regular yogurt. Scrambled tofu specials include breakfast burritos with tofu sausage, soy bacon and hearty home fries.
Weekend brunch is served until 3 pm. Our regular menu also remains available through weekend brunch.
Desserts by Sweets from the Earth
We simply have the best vegan handcrafted desserts in the city. They are baked fresh especially for us and are certified kosher. Chocolate is our favourite obsession. Our cakes and pies include the double layered chocolate fudge cake, carrot cake with tofu sour-cream icing, wild organic blueberry pie and apple crumble pie. Our cookies include the flourless cashew, chocolate chip and double chocolate. Also available for your sweet tooth pleasure are coconut medjool date squares, dark-chocolate pecan caramel bars and chocolate banana bread.<< back
