As a general rule of thumb, Fresh take away orders take up to 20 minutes to prepare. If you are pressed for time, check with your cashier on the current wait times before you place your order. Can’t wait? Fresh on Bloor and Fresh on Spadina offer a daily selection of pre-made sandwiches and salads for the grab and go customer from Mondays to Fridays. You’ll find our display fridges packed with lunch items, desserts and beverages. Come early as they often sell out.

Phoning In

Phoning in your Fresh order is a great way to reduce your wait time. While you are on your way over, we’ll be preparing your take away order. Be prepared to provide your name and phone number when you phone in. Make sure to confirm which location you are ordering from to prevent ordering from the wrong location.

Large Orders

Please allow 30 minutes to an hour for large (10 entrees or more) orders. Is your office planning to get lunch from us? It would be great to call the night before to place your order so we can get a head start on it the next day, and have it ready for you shortly after we open.

Office Take-Away

For frequent office orders we can keep your credit card on file for faster pick-up. Please fill out this credit card authorization form and email it back to us.

Discounts

• Discounts are for take-away orders only.
• Discount cards must be presented at the front cash when you pay for your take-away order.
• Discounts do not apply to the purchase of desserts, cookbooks, baggu bags, take-away
  glass bottles or retail drinks.
• Only one discount at a time may be applied. The higher discount will always prevail.
• Additional discounts cannot be applied to meal deals.
• Discounts only apply to the same items that fit into your own container, your fresh baggu bag
  or the juice in your fresh glass bottle.
